Shipping & Returns

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location within the U.S.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s placed?

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, undamaged, free of perfumes, and has all original tags attached. Please review our Return Policy for full details.

How often do you release new collections?

We don’t follow traditional fashion seasons. Instead, we release collections intentionally, prioritizing quality and storytelling over quantity or trend cycles.

What sizes do you offer?

We currently offer sizes XS–XL. We’re working to expand our size range in future collections to celebrate even more body types and ensure every woman feels confident in 1003.

How do I care for my 1003 garments?

Each garment includes a detailed care label. To preserve the quality, structure, and longevity of your piece, we strongly encourage following the instructions on the label exactly as directed.

What materials do you use?

We use carefully selected, high-quality fabrics that offer structure, softness, and a flattering fit. Each fabric is chosen to complement the design and create a luxurious experience.

Will you restock sold-out pieces?

If demand is high, we will absolutely consider restocking. We encourage you to sign up for back-in-stock notifications on the product page and follow us on Instagram to share your interest.

Are your designs exclusive?

Yes. Every piece is made in limited quantities to maintain a sense of uniqueness and luxury for each customer.
